On September 30th at the IWF Leadership Conference in Chicago, Valarie Gelb, IWFCT President Emeritus was one of the 12 Women from around the world recipient of the award "2016 Women Who Make A Difference".
Valarie was recognized as a value-based global leader of high personal integrity who truly makes a difference through mentorship, transformative ideas and creative energy to champion and advocate for women and girls.

IWFCT is pleased to welcome Laura Grondin to the IWFCT Membership.
Laura is the President and CEO of Virginia Industries, Inc., the parent company of Bingham &
Taylor, an industry leading manufacturer and supplier of access and security systems to underground utilities and Hartford Technologies, a supplier of custom assemblies, balls, bearings and rollers primarily to the automotive and electronics markets. She is currently chair of The Committee of 200, a by-invitation only organization of the world's most prominent female entrepreneurial and corporate leaders, and Immediate Past Chair (2016-2017) of YaleWomen, Inc., Yale's female alumni organization.
